Identify the installation
Have the server ID and a direct contact number ready. Prepare a separate request for each server.
Keep the gateway reachable
The server must remain on a stable network throughout the update. Check that its dashboard is reachable through iQunet Connect before arranging the work.
Confirm the service scope
Tell us whether you have an Anomaly Detection Service agreement. We will confirm whether the update is covered or requires a separate quotation.
