Export measurements to a spreadsheet
Save a device attribute as CSV for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
Data Explorer is documented from software 1.2.8. Newer screens and export limits can differ.
Select the data
In the documented Data Explorer, select a device and its attribute. The corresponding data loads as CSV. Choose Save As to download the file and import it into your spreadsheet application.
Check the export range
The guide documents configurable export size from software 1.6.5, with the newest 1,024 samples as the default in that version. Confirm the selected range and row count when you need a complete history.
Earlier Google Sheets workflow
The older dashboard also has a Sheets button connected to the Google account used at login. That workflow updates a spreadsheet for the sensor; availability and authorization depend on the software and account connection.
In that workflow, pressing Sheets again on the same graph updates its existing spreadsheet. Exporting another parameter from the same sensor creates another tab in that file. Shared copies of the same spreadsheet continue to show those updates. The original instructions also allow downloading the sheet as an .xlsx file.
Connect Excel through OPC UA
For a connected spreadsheet workflow, use an Excel-compatible OPC UA client to read measurements from the gateway and save them in a workbook. Configure the client for your gateway’s endpoint, access settings and available measurement nodes. This requires a compatible client or add-in; CSV export remains available without that connection.
