Find earlier connection and reporting guides
Keep documentation for established installations accessible without confusing it with a new setup.
Existing installations and optional services. Availability for a new installation is not established by these archived guides.
Hamachi VPN
The earlier VPN guide joins the server and client computer to the same approved Hamachi network and uses the server’s VPN address for dashboard access. Follow the matching manual if your installation uses this arrangement.
For the documented hub-and-spoke setup, both the server and computer must be approved network members, and the server is configured as a hub. In that older dashboard, reopening the Hamachi panel refreshes its peer-network list after membership changes; the list does not update automatically.
CloudLink (deprecated)
CloudLink is deprecated. This historical guide describes synchronized access through OPC UA and a MySQL proxy, including a SyncStatus node and a limited SQL command set. It is retained for reference for existing installations.
In that service version, synchronization starts when a user first connects to the OPC UA or MySQL frontend. An initially empty address space may need time to synchronize and then a fresh browse of Objects. The SyncStatus node at Root > Objects > Server > ServerStatus > SyncStatus reports idle, syncing or error; alternating syncing and idle reflects subsequent updates.
Looker Studio and earlier software
The manual collection retains CloudLink, commissioning and Looker Studio connector documents, alongside software manuals for versions 1.2.x through 1.9.x. These remain version-specific references.
