A fixed sensor. A moving magnet.

Calibrate the position you want to follow

Magnet strength, distance and orientation determine the measured field. Establish the relationship between field and position in the mounted setup, then follow changes over time.

Wireless measurements. Local history.

The sensor sends measurements to the M4 through a compatible iQunet radio interface. Review the history in your browser and connect the recorded values to your existing systems.

Measurement
Relative magnetic-field readings, Hall voltage for calibration, temperature and battery voltage.
Installation
Two CR2032 cells; 57 × 47 × 14 mm, 35 g; −20°C to +70°C. IP65, or IP68 with the specified upgrade set.
Interpretation
Hall readings depend on magnet strength, orientation and distance. Calibrate the installed magnet and geometry to relate them to displacement.

Connection & mounting

iQunet wireless network

Position measurements travel to an M4 with a compatible iQunet radio interface, directly or through an optional Repeater. Use the dashboard to follow measurements and adjust sensor settings.

Keep the magnet and mounting geometry consistent to follow displacement trends. Calibrate that arrangement when a distance value is required.
