The interactive examples use simulated data. Enable JavaScript to practise these lessons.
Follow Conveyor 01 from a recorded waveform to its main frequencies, then compare captures and save a view. These are simulated recordings; no sensor connection is needed. Use Windows to switch chapters or return Home.
Select Conveyor 01, choose a day with recordings, then open one capture on the timeline. Its timestamp identifies the measurement you are analysing.
Select Z to view that measurement direction. The horizontal axis is time in seconds; the vertical axis is acceleration in g. The 2048 samples at 1024 Hz cover two seconds, not a day of machine operation.
Select Spectrum above the graph to see the frequencies in this recording. Use Linear amplitude to compare g with mm/s, then return to g. Enable Markers and select the peak near 30 Hz; notice the stronger peak near 60 Hz.
Conveyor 01 runs at 1800 rpm. Divide by 60 to get 30 Hz. Open Orders and enter 1800 rpm. The order lines appear automatically: 1× is 30 Hz and 2× is 60 Hz.
Switch to Waterfall. Two comparison recordings are already selected. Add a recording from the current day’s timeline, then compare the 30 and 60 Hz peaks. Each slice is one capture; keep Z and g unchanged.
Save Conveyor 01’s acceleration spectrum in Slot 1. Switch to mm/s, then load Slot 1 to restore the saved units and view. Practice bookmarks reset when you restart a lesson.
