Select a sensor to inspect its settings and readings. Use Windows to switch chapters or return Home. Changes in this example are local; Reset restores the starting state.
Search for Pump 02, then select it. Names help you find an asset; the MAC address identifies the physical sensor even after a rename.
Open Sensor health and choose Needs attention. Open Pump 02 from the results to inspect its low battery voltage.
Give Conveyor 01 a new name, such as Infeed conveyor. Click its sensor icon to open the tag dialog, enter your own name, then confirm.
Open Pending and give sensor 00:11:22:04 a name of your choice, such as Fan 03. Check the address before naming a newly discovered sensor.
Run Check Modbus, then select Gearbox 01. Responding means its IO-Link port is communicating through the gateway; this check does not verify the sensor identity.
Select Air supply. Click Bar below the pressure reading to switch to Psi; keep clicking to cycle through the other units. The dial and history use the same unit. Open the pressure graph and choose 1D to inspect drops and recovery.
Air supply records pressure trends. For Conveyor 01, you will request a short vibration waveform. Select Conveyor 01, open Capture Setup, and choose 1600 Hz and 4096 samples to record 2.56 seconds.
With Conveyor 01 set to 1600 Hz and 4096 samples, press Record. Wait for the download to complete, then inspect the new time-domain waveform.
For Conveyor 01, turn Capture Interval On. Open the interval dialog, choose 00:30, then click Apply to save. This schedules 48 captures per day.
